Secure, dry space that shows up when you need it and stays put as long as you need it.
XCaliber supplies new and used ISO shipping containers, roll-up door units, side-open containers, shelved interiors, and climate-controlled storage for businesses, logistics operations, and facilities. Delivered by truck and set on level ground with no foundation.
Sometimes the requirement is simple: secure, dry space that shows up when you need it and stays put as long as you need it. A shipping container does that at a fraction of the cost of built storage, with no construction schedule and no permit for a permanent structure in most jurisdictions.
Corten steel keeps out weather, pests, and theft. A welded steel frame and built-in forklift pockets mean most units need no foundation and no site prep beyond level, compacted ground. Because containers are relocatable and effectively maintenance-free, they cost less over their life than built storage, and they can be resold or redeployed when the need changes.
Standard 20′ and 40′ units ship from inventory. Roll-up doors, side-open units, shelving, lighting, insulation, and climate control are added at our own facility, so a container can be a warehouse annex, a parts room, a records vault, or a seasonal overflow bay.
