XCaliber’s containerized solutions are built for the demands of large-scale data center and power projects. Fabricated in-house and prepared for site installation, units can be mobilized quickly and deployed where permanent facilities may not be practical—including remote and rapidly developing sites.
As work progresses, units can also be relocated closer to where they’re needed, giving teams the flexibility to move offices, equipment solutions, and other support spaces along with the project.
Each unit is built to the approved project scope, with options for electrical, HVAC, insulation, lighting, access points, equipment penetrations, and other project-specific requirements. Engineering, fabrication, and finish-out happen under one roof at one of XCaliber’s 200,000-square-foot Texas facilities, providing a single point of accountability from fabrication through delivery.
