Engineering, conversion, and finish-out happen in-house at our 200,000 sq. ft. Texas facility, and the unit ships with your branding or none at all. Dealers are only as reliable as their supply chain. When a customer signs, the build has to be ready, spec’d correctly, and delivered on the date you promised. XCaliber works as your fabrication partner: we handle engineering, conversion, and finish-out, so you can quote confidently, protect your margin, and take on projects outside your normal build capacity without adding a shop.
Every unit is built to your specification and your customer’s requirements, from a plain ground-level office to a fully finished multi-container complex. Standard configurations run on forecasted lead times you can quote against; custom work is engineered by our in-house team and reviewed with you before fabrication.
We do not sell against you. Units ship private-label or unbranded, and drop-ship delivery puts the container on your customer’s pad without it ever passing through your yard.
