  • The pad: level, compacted ground. Gravel, concrete, or piers at the corners. No foundation required.
  • Access: clear the route of low limbs, overhead wires, and soft ground before delivery day.
  • Utilities: if the unit has power or plumbing, have electrical service, and water and sewer or septic, ready at the pad.
