Delivery & Site Prep

XCaliber delivers nationwide by truck and tilt-bed trailer. The driver backs in, tilts the bed, and sets the unit on your pad, so plan for a straight, level approach with room for the truck to pull forward.

  • The pad: level, compacted ground. Gravel, concrete, or piers at the corners. No foundation required.
  • Access: clear the route of low limbs, overhead wires, and soft ground before delivery day.
  • Utilities: if the unit has power or plumbing, have electrical service, and water and sewer or septic, ready at the pad.

Our logistics team schedules the date with you once your order is confirmed. See Delivery & Logistics and our guide to preparing for delivery.
