A 10′ container is for tight spaces and light storage. A 20′ handles most jobsite, retail, and farm needs. 40′ and 53′ units are for fleets, warehouses, and anything that comes on pallets.
New one-trip containers arrive clean and tight. Used containers cost less and have earned their scuffs; both are inspected and both are sealed.
Standard double doors on one end, or side-opening doors when you need to reach the middle of the load without unpacking the front. Roll-up doors and man doors are available on modified units.
Tools and equipment do fine in a standard container. Documents, electronics, chemicals with storage temperature limits, and retail inventory belong in a climate-controlled unit.

A properly inspected container does not. Every unit we sell is checked for wind- and water-tightness before delivery.
It depends on your city or county. Many rural and agricultural properties need nothing; some municipalities treat containers as accessory structures. We are happy to help you find out.
