Includes custom stairway, folding handrails, top subfloor matrix, and Trex Board decking in Saddle. Top rail height 40 ½", width between rails 6", stair depth 11", stair width 36", stair rise 8".

20' Awning

Order a quantity of 2 for 40' of coverage. Heavy duty 8'x20' awning. Made with heavy 14ga steel tubing and 26ga galvanized sheet metal. Wind rated to 90mph. Folds down for easy transport.

20' Paint

Choose a paint color from the paint options XCaliber Container keeps in inventory. Select from Sherwin-Williams - La Grange, Carbon, Steiglitz Fog, Hunter's Orange, Cross My Heart, Barnwood, and Swiss Coffee. Includes 2 complete coats on sides and roof.

20' Custom Paint

Choose any custom paint color. Have a color in mind? We'll match it! Custom paint has to be ordered and delivered to XCaliber's facility, which adds 2 weeks to the production time.
